What is Organisation Change Management?
The objective of this one day (1) course is to provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge of organisational change management. This course covers the essential focal areas required for successful change management and uses a case study with applicable activities to bed down the knowledge gained.

Course Objectives - Assess organisational awareness – It is important to know your staff’s attitudes towards the organisational culture.
- Assess organisational culture and values – Identifying who your organisation is and what you stand for are critical pieces in the puzzle.
- Identify staff culture and values – Identifying where your staff come from and what they stand for is equally important.
- Identify current organisational state
- Map organisational strategy and governance to future strategic goals
- Shape human resources and implement a change plan
