What is Project Management Advanced Diploma?
The Advanced Diploma in Project Management will give you a solid grasp of the key challenges that face professionals accountable for group outcomes in project/program-driven organisations. The workshop builds on the nine (9) project management knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide. It introduces the participants to the key themes of program management including program business cases, benefits management, effective stakeholder management, and governance of projects, communicating to influence, building high performance teams, and leadership styles.
