Training Needs Analysis

Course Objectives

This three (3) day course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to successfully prepare a training needs analysis.

This is a critical course for managers and will assist in the design and implementation of an effective assessment process or skills-based evaluation.

Day Three

Identify training solutions

  • Provide training solution options.
  • Evaluate solution practices against training needs.
  • Develop options and evaluate best practices.
  • Activities throughout the module.
  • Final assessment.
