Course Objectives

This five (5) day course provides participants with the fundamentals, tools and techniques as well as a practical application and approach for: oil and gas field risk planning; identifying and analysing oil and gas field risk issues; developing oil and gas field risk handling strategies; and monitoring progress in implementing risk handling strategies.

The course provides a systematic process, detailing methods and processes to manage risks and seize opportunities related to the achievement of an organisation’s objectives
